Pre-orders are offered by CARD SUPPLY for items that are not in stock. These can be items that are not yet released, or for items that are sold out and pending a stock replenishment. An estimated release date may be provided, but cannot be guaranteed.
PRE-ORDER DELIVERY TIMES
Where possible, pre-orders will be dispatched before release date, in order to allow delivery on release day. Due to variations in shipping time from distributors to CARD SUPPLY, as well as from CARD SUPPLY to you, release-day delivery cannot be guaranteed.
Pre-orders for items already past their release date, or with no release date, will be shipped as soon as stock is available.
COMBINING IN-STOCK & PRE-ORDER ITEMS
If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, the order will not ship until all items are in stock.
If you wish to have the in-stock items shipped immediately, we recommend you make a separate order.
If you wish to amend or alter an order to have in-stock items shipped immediately, please contact us to arrange this. Please note: extra postage fees may apply.
Any date of availability provided is an estimate only, and despite our best efforts release dates can and do vary due to unforseen circumstances.
Release dates are usually estimates provided by our suppliers, and unfortunately release dates can be pushed back. If we are made aware of any significant delay, we will contact every customer with an affected order.
PRE-ORDER CANCELLATIONS OR AMENDMENTS
If you have changed your mind and wish to cancel or amend all or part of your order, please contact us.
We offer a 7-day window in which you may cancel your pre-order for a full refund without penalty.
After this 7-day window, up until your order is picked and packed, a pre-order may be cancelled but will be subject to a 5% cancellation fee.
In cases where a pre-order item is significantly delayed from the estimated date of availability, a full refund will be offered without any cancellation fee, regardless of time elapsed since the order was placed.
