Australian Consumer Law sets out various guidelines which all Australian businesses must follow in regards to refunds, returns and exchanges for Australian customers. We encourage you to read the ACCC website for further information on consumer guarantees.


In compliance with Australian Consumer Law, under most circumstances we do not offer returns, refunds or exchanges due to change of mind.

Please choose carefully to avoid disappointment.

Exceptions may be made in certain circumstances, such as; before an order is picked and packed, or for sealed items that are not trading cards (e.g. accessories, etc) within 14 days of delivery. Change of mind returns, refunds or exchanges cannot be offered for sealed trading card products that have already been dispatched.

All items must be returned in the original packaging, unopened and in the same condition as received. For change of mind returns, the customer shall be responsible for any further shipping costs. If a returned item received by CARD SUPPLY is deemed to be opened, used or otherwise not in saleable condition, we reserve the right to reject the refund or exchange.

If an item is returned for an exchange, the customer shall be responsible for the return & re-shipping fees.

If an item is returned for a refund, a refund will be issued, minus the following fees:

  • The original shipping fee ($9.95 in cases where no shipping fee was charged to the customer)
  • A 5% re-stocking fee


If an item you receive is faulty or not as described, you may return the item and receive a replacement (if available), exchange the item for a different item, or receive a full refund (of your choosing).

Examples may include (but are not limited to):

  • Wrong item received
  • Card condition not as described (e.g. a card is advertised as “near mint”, but the card arrives damaged).

In the case of a faulty item, or an item received not as described, CARD SUPPLY will reimburse the customer for any further postage costs incurred in the return and/or exchange, after the return is inspected and the issue confirmed.

If you have changed your mind and wish to cancel or amend all or part of your order, please contact us.

We offer a 7-day window in which you may cancel your pre-order for a full refund without penalty.

After this 7-day window, up until your order is picked and packed,  a pre-order may be cancelled but will be subject to a 5% cancellation fee.

In cases where a pre-order item is significantly delayed from the estimated date of availability, a full refund will be offered without any cancellation fee, regardless of time elapsed since the order was placed.


If an order is returned to CARD SUPPLY due to the delivery address being entered incorrectly by a customer, or a customer’s failure to collect the order, or any other reason, the courier may return the order to CARD SUPPLY, and may charge us a fee for doing so.

If this occurs, we will contact the customer and attempt to arrange re-delivery. A second delivery fee may be charged to the customer before any re-delivery can occur.

If we are unable to contact the customer to arrange re-delivery, after 2 weeks will we treat the order as abandoned. In this scenario, a refund will be issued to the customer, minus the normal change-of-mind refund fees, as well any Return To Sender fees charged by the postal service to us.
